For Employers

Sponsor seats. See progress. Hire with priority.

Employers can sponsor seats in the programme and receive priority access to validated actuarial talent.

Sponsorship supports the transformation of candidates through training, project work, assessment and reporting. The sponsor does not own a specific candidate; it receives priority hiring access based on sponsored seats.

Employer Sponsorship Model

Sponsor a seat, not a specific candidate. The ownership of training, assessment and transformation remains with ATTEST.
  • Priority hiring access up to the number of seats sponsored.
  • Regular progress reports help employers track candidate development.
  • No success fee for the first two cohorts up to sponsored-seat count.
  • Additional hiring may attract cohort access fee and success fee.
  • Employers who sponsor more seats receive higher priority in the hiring sequence.
  • Custom skill or use-case input may be included based on sponsor engagement.
Process

How ATTEST Ready works

1

Apply or sponsor a seat

Candidates apply as Independent Fellows. Employers may sponsor seats and join the hiring-access process.

2

Assessment and selection

Candidates are assessed for actuarial readiness, analytical ability, communication, Excel/data skills and role fit.

3

Training and project work

The cohort completes practical training, employer-style assignments, project work and interview preparation.

4

Skill report and employer showcase

Each candidate receives a skill report, role-fit recommendation and employer-facing profile for hiring conversations.

5

Interviews and hiring support

ATTEST supports employer interaction, interview readiness and continued placement circulation for active candidates.

Hiring priority principles

  • Sponsoring employers receive first priority up to their sponsored-seat count.
  • Hiring more than sponsored seats is considered only after sponsor-seat opportunities are honoured.
  • Additional hiring preference is based on the number of sponsored seats.
  • If two employers have the same sponsorship level, priority may be based on confirmation timestamp or a transparent draw.
  • Hiring remains subject to employer selection and candidate acceptance.

Important note

ATTEST provides employer-linked hiring access and extended placement support. Hiring is not guaranteed and depends on candidate performance, employer requirements, interview outcomes, work authorisation, location, role fit and mutual selection.

The programme is designed to improve employability and create a more reliable actuarial talent pipeline for students, employers and the profession.

Next Step

Apply as an Independent Fellow, sponsor a seat, or partner with ActuaryTalent.

ATTEST Ready is built for candidates who want a serious actuarial career push and employers who want earlier access to validated actuarial talent.
